Leads and develops a team of Account Executives selling B2B SaaS solutions to corporate real estate occupiers. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, executing sales strategy, recruiting and retaining talent, coaching team members, building executive relationships, forecasting opportunities, negotiating commercial terms, and collaborating with Marketing, Product, Professional Services, and Legal.

Provide end-to-end legal support for high-value commercial technology transactions: draft, negotiate, and close SaaS, license, partnership, and vendor agreements; assess and mitigate legal risk; create contract playbooks and templates; collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, Privacy, Security, and Procurement; monitor regulatory developments; and support dispute resolution.
