The ServiceNow Analyst will implement, configure, and support ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and IRM. Responsibilities include developing scoped applications, workflows, integrations, Service Portal and Workspace components, CMDB and CSDM capabilities, Discovery, Service Mapping, and data normalization. The role also requires troubleshooting server- and client-side issues, optimizing performance, following upgrade-safe practices, supporting platform upgrades, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders on daily operations.

Implement, configure, and operate the ServiceNow platform. Develop custom solutions, scoped applications, workflows, integrations, Service Portal and Workspace components. Maintain CMDB and CSDM-aligned data models, Discovery, Service Mapping, and data quality processes. Apply upgrade-safe development and performance practices, troubleshoot platform issues, support upgrades and testing, and mentor junior developers. Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business analysts on technical designs and code reviews.

Leads enterprise ServiceNow strategy, architecture, governance, transformation, integrations, CMDB, ITOM, ITAM, automation, and AI initiatives. Establishes platform standards, operating models, security and data governance, architecture principles, and Center of Excellence functions. Partners with executives, enterprise architects, internal teams, and strategic vendors while managing global teams, budgets, roadmaps, technical debt, platform adoption, operational efficiency, and business value realization.

Sources and screens non-technology candidates across corporate functions, builds talent pipelines, conducts market research and initial assessments, maintains candidate records in Workday Recruit, and supports recruiters with hiring coordination, market insights, and recruitment initiatives.

Supports commercial banking payment operations, including wire, ACH, securities, and electronic transaction processing. Performs manual wire entry and repair, follows SWIFT, Fedwire, and CHIPS requirements, supports ACH compliance, fraud and sanctions controls, reconciliations, claims, cash-management setups, reporting, and regulatory requirements. Escalates control weaknesses and documentation errors while developing knowledge of banking operations, risk management, and audit processes.

Develops market-data solutions, provides compensation insights, performs ad hoc analysis, and leads strategic compensation projects.

Provide production and technical support for equity and fixed-income trading platforms, regulatory reporting systems, and market connectivity infrastructure. Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, and connectivity issues; monitor systems; support front-office users; and implement sustainable improvements through scripting and automation. Participate in upgrades, testing, releases, change management, regulatory reporting support, and cross-functional initiatives with technology, operations, compliance, traders, and sales teams.

Manage identity and access management operations, including account provisioning, deprovisioning, access modifications, reviews, ticket queues, escalations, application onboarding, and regulatory evidence collection. Support leadership, coordinate global and offshore teams, oversee service quality and timeliness, update procedures, resolve incidents, and provide guidance to application administrators. The role requires IAM, information security, ticketing, access governance, and technology operations experience.

Designs, implements, and refines threat detection and response use cases aligned with MITRE ATT&CK and the Cyber Kill Chain. Collaborates with threat intelligence, incident response, forensics, and security operations teams; analyzes attack patterns; participates in red-team and penetration-testing exercises; develops security metrics and management reports; and leads junior analysts as needed. The role requires expertise in security monitoring, incident response, forensics, network and host controls, cloud security, and multiple forensic and SIEM tools.

Application Engineer responsible for installing, upgrading, configuring, supporting, and maintaining compliance applications in UNIX, Java, Oracle, and AIX environments. The role includes troubleshooting, root cause analysis, vendor and business coordination, SLA-driven issue resolution, Jira and incident-ticket management, requirements analysis, SDLC project support, vulnerability remediation, and SME support for L1 teams.

Leads development, deployment, configuration, maintenance, and support of compliance applications in UNIX, Java, Oracle, and AIX environments. Troubleshoots SLA-driven incidents, performs root cause analysis, coordinates with vendors and business teams, manages Jira and incident tickets, supports L1 teams, verifies requirements, and assists with vulnerability remediation. The role also leads projects through the SDLC and serves as a subject matter expert for application support and sanctions-screening systems.
