Install, position, fasten, bend, cut, and fabricate rebar, steel rods, cables, and wire mesh in concrete forms according to blueprints. Use hand and power tools, place rebar supports, assist other craft workers, and work safely on frameworks, ladders, scaffolds, uneven terrain, and in confined spaces. The role requires heavy physical work and exposure to varying weather conditions.

Provide technical support for preconstruction and construction of water/wastewater projects: subcontractor procurement, quality inspections, drawings, RFIs, schedules, document controls, change orders, quantity takeoffs, and project reporting to ensure safe, on-time, compliant delivery.
