Maintains and repairs drilling-rig mechanical equipment, including engines, generators, compressors, pumps, and water systems. Performs equipment inspections, troubleshoots problems, transfers fuel and oil safely, assists mechanics with major repairs, supervises rig-floor personnel during rig-up and rig-down, operates forklifts, and provides floorhand relief. The role requires extended shifts, heavy lifting, outdoor work in difficult conditions, PPE use, and rotational schedules.

Assist the Driller and rig leadership with rig and equipment operations, support and guide crewmembers, perform equipment checks, attend safety meetings, report incidents, follow Nabors policies and permit-to-work systems, and maintain safe work practices and PPE use.
