Serve as a trusted technical and commercial advisor to high-value customers to drive adoption and measurable ROI of Neara's SaaS digital-twin platform. Embed solutions, develop business cases and value frameworks, run trainings/workshops, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate with Sales and Deployment to ensure contractual delivery and long-term customer value.

Drive adoption and value realization of the Neara platform for high-value customers by embedding solutions, defining and validating ROI, delivering training and workshops, collaborating with Sales and Deployment, and identifying expansion opportunities to ensure contractual outcomes and measurable business impact.

The role focuses on leading editorial efforts to define industry narratives around energy infrastructure, translating regulatory changes into strategic content for executives, and influencing sales and positioning through high-impact communications.

Lead research into grid resilience using public datasets, synthesize policy/market/technical evidence, and produce evidence-led editorial (reports, briefings, blogs) for executives, sales, and press. Partner with leaders to shape strategy, define recurring resilience metrics, inform deals, and act as a trusted spokesperson to media and policymakers.
