Translate client needs into agentic topics, instructions, actions, automations, code, data structures, and deployment strategies. Collaborate with clients, project managers, developers, solution architects, and UX designers; establish scalable data-ingestion practices; monitor Salesforce capabilities; and contribute reusable delivery assets and best practices.
