Communicates with borrowers, brokers, agents, lenders, and internal teams to obtain documentation, identify coverage gaps, prepare compliance assessments, maintain servicing records, and escalate unresolved issues. The role also contributes to audits, waiver preparation, system testing, process improvements, reporting, and AI-enabled workflow enhancements.

Supports insurance compliance for commercial mortgage loans by reviewing policies, certifications, third-party reports, flood coverage, and blanket policy exposures. The role validates documentation against lender and investor requirements, identifies coverage gaps, prepares waivers and exception requests, maintains servicing records, communicates with borrowers and insurance stakeholders, and contributes to audits, system testing, process improvements, reporting, and AI-enabled workflow enhancements.

Underwrites complex multifamily commercial real estate loans using Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines. Performs financial, market, economic, demographic, and property analysis; prepares loan approval packages; presents findings to credit committees; collaborates with originators, senior credit teams, closing departments, and agency investors; maintains client relationships; and conducts property inspections as needed.

Lead and deliver office and tenant improvement projects from planning through completion. Oversee architects, engineers, contractors and relocation/furniture vendors; manage budgets, schedules, scope changes, compliance, and stakeholder communications; coordinate across facilities, IS, security and building trades; act as primary client contact.

Supports management consulting engagements through data gathering and analysis, industry research, client interviews, presentation development, and participation in client meetings.
