Work Monday–Friday with dedicated research infrastructure, sponsor-supported clinical trials, and administrative, MA, NP, and device representative support to grow a subspecialty center.

Coordinates end-to-end toxin service orders, including intake, chart review, insurance verification, prior authorization, denial appeals, financial assistance, patient communication, scheduling, drug procurement, inventory documentation, and tracker maintenance. The role supports timely appointment processing for an assigned physician’s office while ensuring compliance with payer requirements and applicable regulatory guidelines.

The role involves diagnosing, treating, and managing multiple sclerosis patients, including performing tests, prescribing treatments, and leading care teams.

Support clinical research sponsor billing and collections, reconcile payments, manage accounts receivable and financial records in CRIO, assist month-end close, perform QC of research budgets, review contracts and payment terms, partner with Clinical Operations and Finance, and lead process improvements and automation to streamline revenue cycle workflows.
