Lead and mentor a creative design team to develop brand systems, campaigns, and video/photo productions for higher-education partners. Drive end-to-end creative strategy, present work to stakeholders, refine workflows, collaborate with marketing, and use data and modern tools (including AI-assisted workflows) to produce effective recruitment and branding work.

Support student recruitment by engaging prospective students via phone, text, and email; qualify leads, guide applicants through the enrollment lifecycle, represent institutional offerings, and meet recruitment benchmarks with integrity and persistence.

The Integrated Marketing Director will lead marketing strategies for universities, manage a marketing team, track performance insights, and ensure brand alignment while fostering relationships with clients and stakeholders.
