Lead day-to-day operations and governance of HR systems (Workday, viDesktop), ensuring stability, data integrity, release discipline, testing, intake and issue management. Coordinate across HR, IT, vendors, and stakeholders to prioritize work, manage incidents, drive root-cause remediation, maintain documentation and controls, and provide operational leadership to the HRIS team.

Manage the full proposal lifecycle for US practices: coordinate inputs, drive proposal preparation, write and edit practice/experience copy, maintain opportunity tracking, prepare client materials, and collaborate with partners and global teams to meet tight deadlines.
