Oversees program directors and senior staff, advances climate policy, fossil fuel phaseout, biodiversity protection, and environmental governance initiatives, and represents the organization with funders, policymakers, coalitions, media, and external stakeholders. Partners with executive leadership and the board to strengthen organizational effectiveness, collaboration, equity, and measurable program impact.
