Sell property and casualty insurance to inbound leads, determine appropriate policies, prepare quotes, follow up with clients, track sales activity in Salesforce, follow underwriting guidelines, and close business. The role requires expertise across builders risk, landlord, commercial property, general liability, and flood insurance products, along with an active P&C license and a customer-focused approach.

Analyze business performance, develop hypotheses, answer critical business questions, and build dashboards and reports in Sigma. Support budgeting, forecasting, data quality checks, and reconciliations while partnering with teams across growth, product, insurance, finance, and leadership. Serve as a trusted data advisor by answering metric and reporting questions and promoting data-driven decision-making.

Own a product area end to end, from customer and business discovery through roadmap definition, delivery, launch, measurement, and iteration. Partner closely with Engineering, Design, QA, operations, and business teams to solve technically complex workflow and integration problems. Use data, customer insight, and product judgment to prioritize work, communicate tradeoffs, and make timely decisions. This is a hands-on individual contributor role requiring strong written communication, technical curiosity, and ownership of outcomes.
