Administer enterprise data platforms and infrastructure, including Tableau Server, MOVEit, Linux, Windows Server, and AWS GovCloud environments. Manage configurations, access controls, provisioning, patching, monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, documentation, and operational sustainment. Collaborate with data engineers and analysts while supporting RMF- and NIST-aligned security and compliance activities in a remote Agile environment.

Lead and scale engineering across a 100+ person federal digital modernization portfolio. Establish technical standards, guide talent and career development, support technical leads, drive architecture and modernization strategy, and improve tooling and delivery. Partner with program leaders and government clients, contribute to proposals and capture efforts, and provide technical thought leadership across AI/ML, cloud engineering, Agile delivery, and DevSecOps.

Owns full-lifecycle federal capture efforts from opportunity qualification through post-submittal. Develops capture plans, win themes, competitive positioning, and price-to-win strategies; leads SWOT and Black Hat reviews; coordinates business development, solutions, pricing, proposal, engineering, and program teams; manages teaming partners; reports pipeline and bid health to executives; and uses AI-enabled tools to improve capture research and solution development.

Manage a large-scale federal Medicare Part A claims processing program for CMS. Serve as the primary government and contractor contact, oversee staffing, costs, schedules, performance reporting, risks, dependencies, O&M, and modernization workstreams. Build stakeholder relationships, represent the company in program meetings, and coordinate Agile delivery, sprint planning, and releases across matrixed teams.

Build and maintain low-code solutions with Microsoft Power Platform, PowerApps, and Power Automate for federal modernization efforts. Support frontend and backend development, translate ambiguous requirements into working products, troubleshoot complex issues, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders in a remote Agile environment.

Lead design and delivery of federal software solutions; support capture and proposal efforts; author technical volumes; ensure compliance with NIST/FedRAMP/FISMA/Section 508; build reusable solution patterns; write maintainable code and establish engineering practices.

Lead content strategy and production for government proposals (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs), coordinating with capture, BD, and SMEs to produce compliant, persuasive technical and management volumes, graphics, and presentations. Drive peer reviews, ethical AI use in drafting, and improvements to the proposal process to win federal work.
