Sell digital marketing and SaaS solutions to small business owners through 70–80 daily outbound cold calls. Build a pipeline, manage the sales process, overcome objections, create urgency, and meet production goals. New hires receive product and sales-process training, coaching, and progressively assume full-cycle sales responsibilities. The role is on-site in Austin, Monday through Friday, with uncapped commissions and advancement opportunities.

Owns the full People Operations function, including payroll, benefits, employment tax, HRIS migration, employee relations, compliance, onboarding, offboarding, and performance processes. Leads two PeopleOps Generalists and partners with executives and cross-functional teams. The role requires hands-on management of U.S. employees and global contractors, process improvement, HR case resolution, and executive-level recommendations in a fast-paced, fully in-office environment.
