Owns the strategy, planning, execution, vendor coordination, budgeting, sponsorship activation, and measurement of client-facing, member-facing, industry, and experiential events. Partners with cross-functional teams to define objectives, manage logistics, deliver high-quality branded experiences, track KPIs, and report event ROI. The role requires managing multiple projects, negotiating contracts, coordinating vendors, and traveling approximately 25% as needed.

Manages complex member escalations, investigates root causes, resolves high-priority issues, and coordinates with internal teams and external partners. Serves as the refund-policy subject matter expert by reviewing exceptions, auditing cases, monitoring trends, and providing recommendations. Documents cases, identifies process improvements, shares insights, and supports consistent, empathetic member communications while prioritizing multiple issues under pressure.

Leads the data organization across data engineering, analytics, reporting, and data science. Defines data strategy, architecture, governance, quality, and platform roadmaps; manages and develops technical teams; partners with business and engineering leaders; and guides scalable AWS-based data infrastructure, batch and real-time pipelines, and data products that support strategic growth.
