Oversees nursing operations for assigned locations (90% management), ensuring regulatory compliance, quality management, staffing/scheduling, budgeting, supply and equipment procurement, clinical oversight and education, patient suitability assessment for home infusion, coordination with pharmacy and operations, and occasional direct patient care.

Territory-based sales role promoting home infusion services to physician offices and referral sources. Build relationships, execute face-to-face call plans, document activity in CRM, collaborate with clinical and operations teams, and drive referrals and clinic demand while traveling extensively within the territory.

Verify patient benefits and obtain payer authorizations for specialty medication referrals. Communicate coverage details and authorization outcomes to Patient Access staff, process referrals accurately and quickly, and assist supervisors with special assignments.

Conduct on-site and remote nursing quality assessments for assigned infusion locations, evaluate compliance with federal/state/accreditation standards, document findings, partner with remote auditors to develop corrective action plans and schedules, escalate training or quality issues, and ensure AIS setup meets regulatory and company policies. Heavy travel required.
