Serve as a strategic HR Business Partner and trusted advisor to senior leaders, guiding workforce planning, organizational design, employee relations, compensation, benefits, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and talent development. Lead investigations, advise on employment-law compliance, coach managers, and improve HR programs and processes while supporting multi-state, field-based teams.

Senior Counsel will structure, draft, review, and negotiate EPC, equipment supply, O&M, procurement, and related commercial agreements for renewable energy projects. The role advises construction, procurement, and services teams; handles change orders, lien waivers, legal and regulatory developments, and dispute resolution; summarizes deal risks; and coordinates outside counsel. The position requires collaboration across legal, finance, executive, and operational teams in the solar and energy storage industry.

The Head of Procurement will lead the procurement strategy for solar PV and BESS components, manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee RFP processes to ensure optimal procurement practices.
