The role also maintains ATS compliance, improves scalable recruiting processes, supports employer branding, and represents PAR at recruiting events.

Lead executive communications and corporate social strategy for PAR. Ghostwrite executive LinkedIn content, manage corporate social channels, build content calendars and themes, coordinate approvals with leadership, repurpose PR/product/earnings moments, track channel performance, and manage community engagement while collaborating with PR, marketing, and product teams.
