Lead sales growth across Minnesota by building broker and benefits consultant partnerships, educating prospects on self-insurance and alternative funding solutions, executing regional sales plans, and collaborating with account management, underwriting, and marketing teams. The role requires consultative selling, presentations, negotiation, relationship management, data interpretation, and frequent travel throughout the territory.

Designs and operates scalable serverless AWS data pipelines, data models, ETL/ELT workflows, feature stores, and analytics-ready data assets. Partners with AI, Analytics, Product, and Underwriting teams to support reproducible ML training and scoring, MLOps, data quality, monitoring, governance, and production troubleshooting. The role handles sensitive healthcare and financial data, optimizes serverless workloads, supports batch and near-real-time processing, and applies infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, documentation, and responsible data-use practices.

Develop full-stack solutions using TypeScript and AWS cloud technologies. Responsibilities include building GraphQL APIs, business logic libraries, AWS Lambda functions with CDK, AWS Glue automation, and Angular/Ionic user interfaces. The engineer will also support CI/CD, Git repositories, linting, developer workflows, requirements management, and HIPAA-compliant software development. Collaboration with engineers, management, and business analysts is required.
