Lead systems engineering, design, and integration for LRT, commuter, and heavy rail projects. Manage multidisciplinary teams, develop system architecture and ICDs, oversee verification/validation, testing, commissioning, safety certification, and operational readiness while coordinating stakeholders and mitigating integration risks.

Perform roadway design and analysis for large transportation projects, deliver calculations, drawings, reports, and procurement documents, support multidisciplinary teams, mentor junior staff, provide technical guidance, and develop skills to lead future project development.

Perform hydrologic and hydraulic (H&H) analysis and drainage design for major roadway projects. Prepare drainage reports, designs, and calculations to DOT/FHWA standards; coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, support environmental compliance, cost estimating, and responses to stakeholder review comments while working in a hybrid model.

Lead development and management of geospatial datasets and analyses to support airport planning, engineering, and construction. Produce maps, web maps, dashboards, and reports; integrate GIS with CAD/BIM and enterprise systems; automate workflows with Python/Model Builder; support field data collection, GIS governance, and provide technical guidance to stakeholders to ensure projects meet standards, schedules, and regulatory requirements.

Support delivery of transmission, distribution, and grid modernization capital projects by coordinating schedules, costs, governance, reporting, risk tracking, stakeholder communication, and PMO-aligned documentation to help Project Managers deliver projects on time and on budget.

Serve as on-site CBRN Lead and site manager conducting detection operations, coordinating stakeholders, maintaining equipment and documentation, delivering training, producing SITREPs and AARs, supporting fleet and logistics, and traveling frequently to support deployments and special events.

Perform installation, testing, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of FAA electronic systems (NAVAIDs, communications, surveillance). Read schematics, use test equipment, document work, follow safety and FAA procedures, and support field site activities nationwide.
