Coordinate BIM models for a major airport project, integrating specialized aviation systems and infrastructure. Lead multidisciplinary clash detection using Navisworks, manage COBie asset data through LOD 400/500, support 4D construction sequencing, enforce airport BIM and aviation standards, oversee laser-scan validation, and facilitate digital handover to facility management systems.

Leads BIM strategy, governance, digital delivery, and lifecycle data management for large-scale airport programs. Oversees BIM standards, execution plans, Autodesk Construction Cloud environments, model quality, asset data schemas, COBie handovers, GIS integration, 4D/5D simulations, and multidisciplinary coordination. Manages BIM specialists, mentors staff, and guides automation using Dynamo, Python, and Forge API. Requires extensive AEC and aviation infrastructure leadership experience, advanced Autodesk expertise, airport access screening, and a valid driver license.

Serve as on-site CBRN Lead and site manager conducting detection operations, coordinating stakeholders, maintaining equipment and documentation, delivering training, producing SITREPs and AARs, supporting fleet and logistics, and traveling frequently to support deployments and special events.

Perform installation, relocation, testing, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of NAS electronic systems (NAVAIDS, VHF/UHF, surveillance). Read schematics, use test equipment, document work, follow FAA procedures, and support field site activities with up to 100% travel.
