Designs, optimizes, and scales business systems and operational processes across Salesforce, HubSpot, and related technologies. Translates stakeholder needs into requirements, process maps, solution designs, data models, integrations, and acceptance criteria. Leads cross-functional systems initiatives, supports release validation and change management, improves data quality and reporting, and establishes governance and documentation standards. Partners with Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Product, Engineering, QA, and platform administrators.

Manage a high-volume portfolio of channel partners, VARs, MSPs, and channel-sourced customers. Responsibilities include new business, onboarding, renewals, expansions, licensing, deal registration, partner coordination, CRM accuracy, and customer health monitoring. Build relationships across partners and end users while collaborating with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to deliver successful outcomes.

Design, develop, implement, test, and support high-quality internal software and customer-facing products. Enhance existing products and design APIs that integrate systems. Ensure security measures and perform code testing and reviews.

Design, prototype, and integrate generative AI solutions and agents across products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy, test, and optimize AI workflows, educate developers, and engage with the enterprise systems management community through webinars and content.
