Interns gain hands-on experience with Azure cloud engineering, Terraform infrastructure as code, CI/CD, SQL and data engineering, C#/.NET API development, enterprise IT operations, troubleshooting, security, and technical documentation. The role includes completing a defined modernization or technical project from requirements through deployment and presentation while learning enterprise architecture, monitoring, identity, secrets management, and production-support practices.

Processes customer invoices, verifies billing details and approvals, maintains accurate billing accounts, submits invoices through portals and B2B channels, resolves billing discrepancies and inquiries, and supports internal teams and process improvements. Requires accounts receivable knowledge, detailed data entry, strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A high school diploma or GED and prior billing experience are required; SAP familiarity and an associate degree are preferred.

Manage day-to-day shipping and receiving operations, supervise logistics staff, coordinate international shipping compliance and carrier contracts, prioritize urgent shipments with manufacturing, oversee timecards and safety, and support cross-functional communication and continuous operational improvements.
