Supports field sales operations by delivering downhole tools and inventory to field locations, performing inventory distribution and cycle counts, maintaining documentation, communicating with sales and engineering teams, following safety procedures, and maintaining a company vehicle. The role is 24-hour on-call, involves frequent field travel and customer interaction, and requires lifting up to 50 pounds.

Manage day-to-day shipping and receiving operations, supervise logistics staff, coordinate international shipping compliance and carrier contracts, prioritize urgent shipments with manufacturing, oversee timecards and safety, and support cross-functional communication and continuous operational improvements.

Lead end-to-end supply chain activities for manufacturing: procurement, planning, inventory, logistics, and supplier management. Develop sourcing strategies, KPIs, and contingency plans; partner cross-functionally to align material availability with production. Use ERP/MRP and analytics to optimize inventory, reduce cost, and drive continuous improvement while hiring and developing supply chain staff.
