Manage technical and corporate accounting, including month-end and quarter-end close, financial reporting, U.S. GAAP analyses, equity accounting, audit support, reconciliations, accounting policies, variance analysis, and internal controls. Lead Pebl's global partnerships strategy to drive partner-sourced pipeline, revenue, and customer acquisition. Build, recruit, onboard, and activate channel and referral partners; design co-sell/co-marketing motions; negotiate commercial agreements; collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Growth; establish metrics, reporting, and operating models to scale partnership-driven revenue and expansion.
