Identify and qualify enterprise and mid-market prospects, build sales pipeline, nurture leads, and schedule meetings and demos for sales teams. Conduct disciplined outbound prospecting through calls, email, and LinkedIn across UK and US markets. Collaborate with sales representatives to qualify opportunities using BANT, manage lead data in Salesforce, and meet monthly qualified-lead targets while contributing to playbook development.

Own a high-value enterprise account, driving adoption, renewals, retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction. Build strategic relationships across business units, agencies, and departments; design scalable onboarding and training programs; use data insights to improve engagement; advocate for customer needs with Product, Engineering, and Creative; and contribute to customer success playbooks and enablement initiatives.
