Own analytics for Customer Success and Operations by translating ambiguous business questions into metrics, reports, dashboards, and PRDs. Build self-service dashboards, develop dbt models, document analytics assets, prioritize high-impact requests, and use LLM tools to accelerate SQL, reporting, and data-model development.

Own full sales cycle for national owners, developers, and retailers: acquire new enterprise logos, expand multi-site programs, convert pilots to portfolio-wide partnerships, build ROI-backed business cases, coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain pipeline and forecasting, and support on-site rollouts and customer engagements.

The Administrative Assistant will manage teams, handle communications, support business management, and ensure organizational effectiveness in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves owning the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, acquiring new clients, and expanding existing partnerships, while collaborating across functions to ensure successful outcomes in complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
