The Human Resources Generalist administers benefits, supports recruiting and onboarding, organizes training and performance reviews, advises employees and leaders on HR matters, maintains personnel records, analyzes HR metrics, resolves workplace issues, ensures labor compliance, and assists with accreditation. The role is primarily onsite across business office, clinic, and residential locations, with required travel to other Texas sites.

Provides administrative and clerical support to clinical case managers, rehabilitation and behavioral programming directors, and physicians. Duties include transcribing dictation, formatting reports, maintaining patient records and admission packets, managing petty cash reports, coordinating patient and family travel, scheduling assessments and staffing meetings, and updating patient calendars.
