Partner with sales and marketing teams to create messaging, secure meetings with employer buyers, track activity in Salesforce, report results, and meet lead-generation targets. The role is fully remote within the continental US and may require conference travel.

Staff Software Engineer responsible for setting technical direction, architecting scalable distributed systems, shipping high-impact features, and building AI-powered tools for a virtual healthcare platform. The role includes mentoring engineers, partnering with product and clinical leadership, translating user needs into technical solutions, and guiding frontend and backend application development in a fast-paced startup environment.

Owns end-to-end security engineering, including risk identification, secure-by-default libraries, least-privilege guardrails, developer machine hardening, supply-chain security, and identity and authentication protections.
