Owns and optimizes the marketing technology ecosystem across multiple business indications. Leads platform implementations, integrations, testing, deployment, support, and enhancements while improving data flows, reliability, usability, and adoption. Translates commercial and business needs into technology priorities, requirements, standards, and execution plans. Partners with IT, commercial teams, analytics, vendors, and functional leaders to manage risks, simplify complex systems, and maximize the value of marketing technology investments.

Own and evolve enterprise AWS infrastructure, governance, security, identity, networking, and shared platforms. Build and operate full-stack services in TypeScript and Python, automate infrastructure and delivery, improve monitoring and reliability, manage incidents and on-call operations, and establish audit-ready controls. Partner across engineering and IT, improve production readiness, and mentor engineers while delivering secure, scalable, low-blast-radius systems.

Build, configure, administer, and support enterprise SaaS applications, ERP/CRM integrations, SQL data models, ETL processes, and automated workflows. Diagnose production issues, improve reliability, manage testing and deployments, document systems, coordinate vendors, and partner with business, data, security, and validation teams to deliver dependable commercial applications.

Own and improve Snowflake platform operations across development, test, and production environments. Responsibilities include security and access governance, reliability engineering, monitoring, incident response, recovery procedures, consumption and cost optimization, change management, automated testing, and controlled releases. The role partners with Data Engineering, Security, Identity, AWS, and commercial technology teams while documenting processes and building reusable automation.

Leads the strategy, roadmap, delivery, reliability, and adoption of commercial IT systems supporting pharmaceutical launches and growth. Owns CRM, commercial data, field enablement, integrations, vendor performance, budgets, launch readiness, user acceptance testing, training, change management, compliance, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment across IT, Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, Market Access, Security, Legal, Privacy, and Quality.

Lead complex commercial and clinical-development contract negotiations while building and scaling Praxis’s contracting function. Establish templates, playbooks, governance, workflows, and a multi-year operating model. Provide practical legal and risk guidance to clinical, technical, commercial, finance, procurement, compliance, and other teams. Support clinical trial contracting, vendor risk assessment, privacy and regulatory matters, and responsible use of AI and legal technology to improve contracting efficiency.
