Leads strategic storytelling for clinical development pursuits, shaping bid defense presentations, proposals, storyboards, win themes, and executive messaging. Partners with business development, clinical operations, medical, biometrics, and subject matter experts to translate complex information into differentiated customer narratives. Coordinates contributors, coaches presenters, aligns pursuit materials, incorporates competitive intelligence, and maintains reusable narrative assets to improve engagement and win rates.

Manages operational project finance, including revenue recognition, forecasting, variance analysis, budgeting, invoicing, earned value analysis, vendor and consultant spend, and financial reporting. Leads and mentors financial analysts, supports clinical trial project teams, reviews contracts and change orders, partners with Finance and project leaders, and presents financial results to executives and clients.

The Manager, Account Development increases market awareness and customer base through direct client contact, strategy implementation, and collaboration with the Business Development Team.
