The Director of Business Development identifies and develops business opportunities for Biospecimen Solutions, manages client relationships, and expands account base in the Life Sciences sector.

Drafts, negotiates, tracks, and executes clinical research agreements (CDAs, CTAs, CTA-As), vendor contracts and site budgets. Coordinates with internal North American/European study teams, sites, and sponsors; maintains contract files and databases; updates stakeholders on negotiation status and ensures compliance with company contracting standards and timelines.

The Director oversees global clinical trials, ensuring project management excellence, resource allocation, and compliance while leading Project Directors and Managers to meet project objectives.

The Manager, Account Development increases market awareness and customer base through direct client contact, strategy implementation, and collaboration with the Business Development Team.

Lead global planning, execution, and optimization of in-person and virtual B2B events and integrated marketing campaigns. Manage logistics, vendors, budgets, martech platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, iCapture), promotional assets, onsite operations, and post-event evaluation. Collaborate cross-functionally and ensure brand and regulatory compliance.
