Administer the technical training program’s LMS, including user access, curricula, content, automated assignments, scheduling, attendance, records, compliance tracking, audits, onboarding, and reporting. Coordinate instructor-led, virtual, vendor, and site training across 24x7 operations. Maintain accurate certifications and training records, produce dashboards and audit evidence, troubleshoot learner issues, and support instructional designers, operations leaders, HR, and EHS.

Leads mechanical engineering efforts for mission-critical data center projects, including new construction, expansions, retrofits, standards development, design reviews, construction support, equipment evaluations, value engineering, controls review, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Collaborates with operations teams, consultants, suppliers, construction partners, and customers. Reviews mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC controls, energy, hydraulic, and CFD analyses while supporting factory testing, site meetings, and emergency response.
