Summer Public Finance Intern supporting traders and bankers through financial data analysis, client memo and presentation preparation, proposal development, disclosure assistance, and client-shadowing activities. The role provides training in municipal finance and hands-on exposure to public finance investment banking. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication, organization, initiative, time management, financial interest, and basic computer and office software skills.

Underwrite commercial lending transactions by analyzing financial statements, cash flow, collateral, guarantors, industry conditions, and credit risk. Prepare written credit analyses, present loan requests to committee, review real estate appraisals, maintain loan covenants, support closings, and monitor construction project advances. The role also supports lending officers, conducts borrower research, participates in customer meetings, and ensures required credit documentation and policy compliance.

Provides 24-hour concierge banking services to elite personal and business clients, including account management, wire transfers, foreign currency, debit card support, fraud assistance, cash services, and notarization. Supports Lending Officers, develops new business, cultivates client relationships, cross-sells banking products, coordinates with internal teams, and prepares management reports.

Create, implement, and continually review comprehensive financial plans; advise clients on investment strategies and tax/exposure considerations; execute transactions per policy; develop business to attract and acquire clients; support an advisory team and deliver high-quality client service to build loyalty.
