Lead product strategy and roadmap for the eSource ecosystem (RealTime, CRIO). Act as SME for platform deployment, vendor governance, data integrity, and regulatory compliance. Serve as product owner, define requirements and business cases, prioritize backlogs, coordinate cross-functional delivery, support change management and user adoption, and measure performance to drive continuous improvement.

Perform remote impairment evaluations for EEOICPA claimants: review medical records, interview claimants, apply AMA Guides (5th Ed.) to assign impairment ratings, draft summary reports per ABIME and DOL standards, educate claimants on home health services, and provide claimant support.

Provide virtual counseling visits for clinical trial participants within licensure scope, schedule appointments, follow clinical research guidelines, submit accurate source documentation, maintain credentials, and coordinate with project teams to support participant well-being and retention.
