Manage risk-based internal audit engagements, including planning, execution, reporting, SOX control testing, risk assessments, and advisory services. Supervise and develop audit staff, evaluate control gaps and issue severity, communicate findings to executives, coordinate with external auditors, support audit planning and Audit Committee reporting, and oversee remediation tracking. Drive adherence to professional standards, budgets, timelines, and methodology while improving audit tools and analytics.

Manage relationships with national wireless retailers and their leadership to drive sales, margin, and operational efficiency. Conduct virtual training and one-on-one meetings, provide lease-to-own technology education, analyze CRM data and performance insights, and support retailer strategic initiatives. The role serves as a Progressive Leasing brand ambassador and may require up to 10% travel.
