Serves as a strategic operating partner to the CEO and COO, translating priorities into action plans, tracking cross-functional deliverables, and improving business workflows. The role coordinates departments, analyzes sales and operational data, maintains executive reporting and trackers, supports sales collateral and field teams, and manages events, tastings, sponsorships, and trade shows. It also identifies process gaps, facilitates accountability, and supports basic HR coordination and special projects across the organization.
