Lead hospitality and event operations for a large, multi-event venue. Oversee event planning, front-of-house, guest services, budgeting, vendor negotiation, catering coordination, marketing initiatives, and compliance to deliver high-quality races, concerts, and special events.

Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for hourly through executive roles across multiple event venues. Partner with hiring managers, manage staffing agencies, maintain new-hire paperwork and payroll, produce turnover reports, coach hourly staff, attend events and BEO meetings, and develop staffing efficiency strategies to support operations and large-scale hospitality events.

Serve as a concessions bartender at Circuit of The Americas: set up and break down bars, ice and stock product, operate POS, provide excellent guest service, monitor inventory and comply with alcohol policies, clean and store equipment after events.
