Lead cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain technical applications and data services for health services research, AI research, and precision medicine. Gather customer requirements, define product roadmaps, oversee build/test/validate/iterate cycles, measure outcomes, and manage analytic products and data architecture in cloud/big-data environments.

Develop, implement, and maintain information systems for research and clinical trials data. Work with researchers on design, testing, and deployment of systems, support server and release management, and advise leadership on technology strategy to meet research needs.

Manage Employment Practice Liability claims end-to-end including coverage analysis, investigation, evaluation, negotiation and disposition. Collaborate with defense counsel and business partners, present trends to leadership, report exposures, ensure compliance with policies and reinsurer notification, and attend mediations, trials or hearings as needed.

Design, operate, and optimize large-scale Azure IaaS/PaaS services and hybrid environments. Implement IaC (Terraform, Azure CLI), enforce Azure Policy, manage Azure networking (VNets, private endpoints, ExpressRoute), maintain VMware/Hyper-V servers, ensure compliance for PHI/PII, participate in on-call incident response, create automation/runbooks, and lead technical discussions with teams.

Lead end-to-end design, development, and quality of cloud-based enterprise software solutions for caregivers. Define quality criteria, estimate costs, manage risks and engineering processes, integrate systems, and act as technical leader across large, complex projects.

Design and build cloud-based data applications and pipelines to analyze clinical data, enrich and provision datasets, and support clinical/operational processes. Mentor junior engineers, drive R&D for repeatable templates, collaborate with Product/Platform/Architecture, and prioritize source control, documentation, and simple solutions using modern data, ETL, and LLM tooling.

Lead design, implementation, maintenance, and support of large-scale ERP applications (HR/Payroll, Supply Chain, Finance, nurse scheduling). Analyze and improve complex business processes, execute medium-to-complex projects, mentor team members, gather user requirements, and ensure project schedules, costs, and documentation meet objectives.

Lead financial analysis, modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end review to support ministry/entity leadership. Develop analytical reports, recommend process improvements, support strategic planning, and supervise finance staff. Serve as a resource to clinical service line leaders and participate on local leadership committees as assigned.
