Supervise daily clinic front-office operations, including staffing, scheduling, labor management, referral tracking, KPI monitoring, customer service, and performance coaching. Collaborate with clinic leadership and insurance, authorization, reimbursement, and billing teams. Support hiring, manage PTO requests, contribute to clinic volume, and ensure front-office performance meets budgeted metrics and service expectations.

Manages the organization’s internal travel staffing program, coordinating therapist placements, approvals, onboarding, compensation, utilization reporting, and assignment logistics. Partners with Operations, Finance, HR, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition to align staffing deployment with business needs and budgets. Oversees external travel staffing vendors, including performance management, rate negotiations, contract coordination, and accountability for fill rates and traveler quality.
