Manages district and project procurement activities, including supplier negotiations, strategic sourcing, vendor qualification, purchasing buyouts, procurement policy enforcement, reporting, records maintenance, and accounts payable reconciliation. Facilitates RFPs and collaborates with legal, senior management, preconstruction, and project teams. Requires construction procurement expertise, contract negotiation skills, leadership, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Manages all aspects of a construction project, including contract compliance, budgets, schedules, staffing, equipment, safety, change orders, stakeholder relationships, forecasts, procurement, dispute resolution, and project closeout. Leads engineering and scheduling teams, coordinates with owners and government agencies, manages project risks, and mentors personnel while ensuring timely, quality production.

Leads technically complex construction projects from contract award through closeout. Manages budgets, schedules, personnel, equipment, safety, risk, change orders, forecasts, stakeholder relationships, claims, procurement, and contract compliance. Coordinates engineering and scheduling teams, communicates with owners and government stakeholders, supports dispute resolution, and mentors project personnel to ensure timely, profitable, and high-quality project delivery.

Develops and maintains heavy civil construction models for machine control, survey layout, grade verification, quantity tracking, and project execution. Analyzes engineering plans and design files, creates field-ready models in Trimble Business Center, supports quantity and earthwork calculations, and publishes deliverables through Trimble Connect and Trimble Works Manager. Collaborates with survey, engineering, and construction teams to resolve constructability issues, incorporate revisions, and maintain models throughout the project lifecycle.

Supports construction estimating by reviewing specifications and drawings, attending pre-bid meetings, calculating material quantities and labor hours, researching vendors and subcontractors, preparing discipline estimates, evaluating design options, and assisting with project hand-off meetings. The intern works with clients, vendors, and estimating and project management teams while applying academic training in engineering or construction management.

Manages construction project performance by coordinating engineering and field crews, reviewing designs and specifications, tracking costs, quantities, schedules, and resources, and managing RFIs, invoicing, permits, safety documentation, and subcontractor activities. Identifies risks and develops mitigation plans to maintain project budgets and timelines while supporting reporting and production planning.
