Leads stewarding operations across a large resort’s kitchens, outlets, and banquet spaces. Oversees sanitation, cleanliness, supplies, equipment, inventory, scheduling, training, and team performance. Ensures compliance with health regulations, OSHA, and food safety standards while supporting culinary and event operations. Monitors costs, breakage, chemical usage, equipment maintenance, and staffing needs, and coordinates with resort leadership to maintain safe, organized, fully equipped back-of-house areas.

Operates dishwashing equipment and cleans kitchenware, cookware, and food-and-beverage areas. Maintains kitchen sanitation by washing, organizing, and inventorying supplies; removing trash; sweeping and mopping floors; cleaning equipment; polishing silver and copper; and supporting banquet and buffet setup. Reports unsafe conditions, maintains organized work areas, attends meetings, and performs additional assigned duties.

Provides welcoming front-office service at a resort by greeting guests, handling and tracking luggage and packages, giving directions and hotel information, maintaining bell and lobby areas, and coordinating guest requests with Front Desk and Valet teams. Requires strong communication, English fluency, physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds, outdoor work, extended standing, and flexible availability for all shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Supervise front desk operations, check guests in and out, manage room assignments, handle payments and refunds, resolve guest issues, and maintain exceptional service standards. Train and coach front desk agents, coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance, manage sundries inventory and the house bank, communicate with management, promote hotel programs, and follow emergency and cash-handling procedures.

Leads the resort reservations team, handles guest calls and bookings, ensures reservation accuracy, promotes amenities and packages, supports revenue goals, audits reports, resolves guest concerns, and coordinates with hotel departments. The role also requires coaching team members, upselling resort offerings, maintaining knowledge of property services, and delivering professional, personalized guest experiences.

Patrol the resort, enforce safety and security procedures, protect guests and associates, control keys, monitor equipment, respond to emergencies, investigate incidents, complete shift and incident reports, process lost and found items, and report unsafe or unusual conditions. The role requires CPR and first-aid capabilities, strong communication, English fluency, computer proficiency, and at least two years of security experience.

Supervises hotel property maintenance operations, including mechanical equipment repair, preventive maintenance, grounds, asset protection, supplies, inventories, contractors, budgets, and capital plans. Responds to guest maintenance requests, schedules and leads staff, handles hiring and performance management, and ensures proper use of EMS and life safety systems.

Performs general maintenance and repairs across resort facilities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical equipment, carpentry, walls, flooring, doors, and windows. Maintains preventative maintenance records, task logs, and reports. Requires hotel or resort maintenance experience, broad household repair knowledge, guest-focused communication, shift flexibility, and the ability to perform physically demanding work and lift up to 50 pounds.

Provides bell and guest services at a hotel, including assisting with check-in and check-out, handling and delivering luggage, opening doors, directing traffic, supporting the front desk and gift shop, completing errands, and maintaining lobby and drive areas. Requires excellent communication, guest relations, multitasking, teamwork, physical lifting ability, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility to work variable shifts, weekends, holidays, game days, and high-occupancy events.
