Summer interns participate in a 12-week program tailored to construction management, HR, marketing, finance, or IT. Construction-focused interns gain experience with field operations, project management, Procore, safety protocols, blueprint reading, superintendent shadowing, and job-site visits. Other tracks include recruiting, branding, financial reporting, accounting, helpdesk support, hardware and software deployment, and network maintenance.

Leads commercial construction project delivery across multiple teams and complex projects. Oversees budgets, schedules, quality, contracts, subcontractors, change orders, client relationships, project closeout, and financial performance. Develops business with new clients, supports proposals and estimating, resolves project issues, and ensures profitability and constructability. Mentors project managers, project engineers, and superintendents; conducts performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and interviews.

Leads commercial construction projects from organization through completion, ensuring quality, client satisfaction, financial performance, and schedule adherence. Oversees project managers, engineers, field and office teams; manages client, architect, subcontractor, and external relationships; resolves project issues; supports business development and preconstruction; mentors staff; conducts evaluations; and performs project management duties on selected projects.

Manages construction projects from organization through completion, serving as the primary client contact. Responsibilities include overseeing construction processes, quality, client satisfaction, job costs, cash flow, budgets, contracts, project reporting, and coordination with owners, managers, consultants, architects, employees, and other stakeholders.
