Drive personal and store sales while supporting store leadership with opening/closing routines, daily operations, compliance, inventory, merchandising, and excellent customer service. Ensure firearm safety, ATF regulation compliance, accurate background checks and documentation, and maintain store readiness and visual standards.

Provide outstanding customer service, convert customers to sales, assist with product knowledge and promotions, manage range check-in and firearm rentals compliantly, handle ecommerce pickups, and maintain accurate operations and communication with team and Range Safety Officers.
