Event & Sales Operations Associate

Proactively identify, in collaboration with the Sales team and RapidDeploy leadership, international, national, and local events for RapidDeploy participation and/or sponsorship.
Increase RapidDeploy engagement and Brand Awareness at Conferences by ensuring speaking engagement submissions and Call for Papers are submitted on time; with a high standard of excellence.
Work with Account Management team and Chief Operating Officer to determine and secure event sponsorships.
Manage conference staffing, scheduling, and register RapidDeploy employees for relevant conferences and events.
Manage booth setup & logistics, and act as the lead onsite contact for RapidDeploy throughout the event.
Coordinate travel for staff members attending the conference.
Prepare briefing packs and documentation for event.
Communicate the event execution plan and team member expectations to Account Management and Customer Success teams, as well as external venue partners.
