Owns and grows a portfolio of enterprise and upper mid-market clients by driving revenue, retention, expansion, and customer success. Develops account strategies, manages sales opportunities through close, builds senior stakeholder relationships, identifies cloud and modernization opportunities, coordinates solution and delivery teams, monitors account health, and maintains accurate forecasting and CRM records.

Leads Risk & Resilience advisory pursuits and client engagements, providing executive consulting, solution shaping, commercial governance, pricing and scope oversight, delivery leadership, and practice development. Advises enterprise executives on risk, resilience, cybersecurity, AI, cloud, governance, compliance, and operational readiness. Develops offerings, methodologies, intellectual property, quality standards, and seller enablement while mentoring consultants and ensuring successful transition from sales to delivery.
