A 12-month sales training program focused on building relationships with bars, restaurants, clubs, hospitality businesses, caterers, and event accounts. The trainee learns negotiation, account management, sales analysis, distribution and visibility strategies, event activation, and brand representation. Responsibilities include managing multiple accounts, securing product availability, executing point-of-sale programs, setting up coolers and materials, and supporting regional On Premise sales and marketing initiatives.
