Provides Tier 2/Tier 3 technical support for Infios TMS customers. Investigates application, configuration, data, and integration issues; analyzes logs and system data; reproduces problems; identifies root causes; documents resolutions; escalates complex cases; maintains knowledge-base content; and recommends process and product improvements.

Designs and configures Oracle Transportation Management and Global Trade Management solutions for clients. Responsibilities include business process design, solution architecture, project delivery, functional audits, testing, documentation, end-user training, issue mitigation, and transportation planning improvements. The role requires collaboration with customer managers and project teams, independent solution implementation, and occasional travel of up to 25%.

Analyze transportation data and model optimization opportunities involving consolidation, mode selection, LTL pooling, routing, network design, and transportation costs. Prepare and validate data, use optimization and simulation tools, quantify savings, and develop practical customer recommendations. Collaborate with data science, technology, operations, solution design, client success, and customer teams to deliver transportation engineering solutions and support implementation planning.

Lead connectivity product strategy and roadmap across EDI, APIs, RPA, and integration platforms. Assess current-state, streamline trading-partner onboarding, define KPIs, enable self-service onboarding with Engineering, build data-driven business cases, align cross-functional stakeholders, and modernize integration tooling for scalable, reliable connectivity.

Configure and implement TMS solutions (MercuryGate, OTM, RedwoodConnect), design business processes, test and document integrations, train end users, perform functional audits, and support Managed Services client solutions to improve transportation planning and operational execution.

Lead data product strategy and governance for customer-facing reporting within Managed Services. Own reporting product roadmap, data quality, standards, delivery platforms (Redwood Insights, BI, Snowflake, Excel), implementation readiness, and cross-functional alignment to scale trusted, automated customer analytics and reduce manual reporting.

Lead and scale the alliances and channel organization to build strategic partnerships, joint go-to-market programs, and partner-sourced pipeline. Drive partner revenue goals, align GTM teams, manage budgets and KPIs, standardize reporting (e.g., Salesforce), and synchronize cross-functional execution while traveling up to 25%.

Lead a team of data engineers to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, a Data Vault, data warehouses and marts. Own backlog, sprint planning, mentoring, stakeholder collaboration, data validation/monitoring, and platform improvements to deliver key metrics and data infrastructure across the business.
