As a Senior Advanced Software Engineer, you will lead engineering initiatives, design cloud services, and oversee project delivery, ensuring high-quality practices in software development and operational excellence.

The Sr Advanced Software Engineer will design and develop cloud services for IoT devices, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability while collaborating cross-functionally and leading innovation efforts.

Build and maintain scalable mobile and web applications and backend APIs for connected HVAC and smart-home devices. Ingest, process, and serve high-volume telemetry, collaborate with cloud, AI/ML, and platform teams, contribute to platform improvements, engineering patterns, documentation, and support product launches and go-to-market.

Manages strategic OEM customer relationships, sales and growth strategies, account forecasts, business reviews, promotional activity, and executive stakeholder engagement. Identifies opportunities, expands market share, analyzes business and industry data, and coordinates product customization programs with internal and external teams. Requires substantial HVAC and sales/account management experience, strong financial analysis and influencing skills, and domestic travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities include developing sales plans, managing executive relationships, leading business reviews, forecasting demand, overseeing pricing and contracts, driving joint marketing initiatives, analyzing competitors and ROI, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver profitable growth. The role requires extensive travel, strong financial and business acumen, CRM proficiency, and experience managing complex wholesale, distribution, or channel partnerships.
