Design, build, and operate an AI-powered customer engagement platform that uses product telemetry and business data to deliver personalized outreach, build and backtest scoring models, segment cohorts, surface offers, integrate CRM/marketing/product analytics, and measure and iterate on program effectiveness to drive retention and expansion.

Lead and scale Retool's AMER events and field marketing program, managing internal and external events, a team, and budget. Partner with GTM, PMM, Content, and RevOps to drive pipeline, measure event ROI, and execute experiential projects like dinners, roadshows, launches, and conferences.

In this role, you'll own enterprise sales, manage key accounts, build relationships, close deals, and collaborate across teams to meet sales objectives.
