Owns strategic OEM and auto group partnership programs from onboarding through renewal and expansion. Develops business plans, forecasts performance, drives revenue and profitability, manages contractual commitments, leads cross-functional initiatives, oversees launches and integrations, and serves as the primary executive relationship owner. The role also monitors operational KPIs, manages risks, leads business reviews, and drives partner retention and long-term growth.

Owns enterprise business development for major automotive OEMs and industry partners, creating and closing complex strategic opportunities. Builds executive relationships, develops account strategies, leads discovery and negotiations, shapes deal structures, maintains pipeline forecasts, and expands initial wins into long-term accounts. Partners cross-functionally on business cases and implementation handoffs while reporting enterprise pipeline strategy to the CMO. Requires substantial travel and independent execution.

Owns internal IT systems, employee technology support, SaaS and business systems administration, vendor relationships, technology purchasing, process automation, AI enablement, device management, access controls, continuity protocols, and audit readiness. Leads direct reports, manages technology spend and licensing, advises leadership on technical and financial risk, and partners cross-functionally to improve workflows and operational efficiency.

Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close under U.S. GAAP; oversee AR/AP/payroll/commissions; build controls, policies, and audit readiness; partner on budgeting, forecasting, M&A and system migrations; hire and coach accounting team and evaluate finance technologies including AI.
