Build and lead a greenfield cloud platform supporting application, data, and AI workloads. Responsibilities include managing Terraform infrastructure, production EKS clusters, Helm deployments, CI/CD pipelines, security controls, observability, cloud cost allocation, and developer golden paths. The role establishes engineering standards, supports regulated-data compliance, partners across engineering teams, reviews infrastructure changes, mentors engineers, and writes production code while ensuring reliable, secure, and cost-effective service delivery.

Build governed gold-layer data models and a single-source metrics layer in Snowflake (dbt); create and optimize dashboards in enterprise BI tools; use AI coding agents and AI-assisted tooling to accelerate development; ensure data quality, governance, and consistency; collaborate with data engineering and stakeholders to deliver trusted analytics for internal and client-facing use.

Architect and build AI-native production systems across a multi-language stack, design offline and online evaluation frameworks for LLMs, monitor live model behavior and drift, lead architecture reviews, mentor senior engineers, and prototype and ship AI capabilities while ensuring reliability and correctness in a regulated domain.

Own and operate the core cloud platform for a healthcare SaaS: cloud infrastructure (AWS), CI/CD, developer tooling, observability, IaC, Kubernetes, incident response, cost and capacity planning, and platform APIs to enable engineering teams to self-service deploy and operate services.
