Develop pricing, packaging, and value-capture initiatives, run customer and willingness-to-pay research, analyze pricing performance, and advise cross-functional and executive stakeholders to improve profitability and win rates.

Manage high-complexity SaaS and software licensing negotiations, draft/customize commercial agreements (SLA, SaaS, SOWs, NDAs, reseller/partner terms), advise Sales/Finance/Security on compliance (ASC 606, GDPR/CCPA), lead CLM and post-execution operations, mentor junior contracts staff, and drive legal-operations efficiency during quarter/year-end close.

Designs, develops, deploys, and operates production machine learning and AI systems for identity security. The role spans classical ML, generative AI, foundation models, RAG, agentic workflows, semantic search, behavioral modeling, and graph ML. Responsibilities include experimentation, model evaluation, monitoring, MLOps, AI governance, architecture, cross-functional delivery, and continuous improvement of scalable customer-facing capabilities.

Supports global compensation programs through market benchmarking, job leveling, data audits, annual merit and bonus cycles, equity planning, bonus calculations, and compensation inquiries. Leads SailPoint’s compliance and audit program across SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, C5, and related frameworks.
